This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the English-language EndlessCut website and related account services.

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service and the Cookie Policy.

1. Whose information this covers

This policy applies to people who visit https://endlesscut.net, create an English-language EndlessCut account, buy or renew access when international payment is enabled, activate a licence, or contact us for support.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use EndlessCut, we may process:

  • email address;
  • account and authentication information, including account identifiers and session data;
  • password hashes and password-reset / security data;
  • licence and access data, including licence status and expiry;
  • orders, payment status, and transaction identifiers;
  • a device identifier used for licence activation (stored in a transformed / hashed form);
  • IP address and other technical request information needed to operate and secure the website;
  • support communications;
  • anti-fraud and security data, including signals used to detect abuse or unauthorised access.

We do not collect full card numbers for storage in EndlessCut systems. If card payment is enabled, card data is entered with the payment provider.

3. Why we use this information

We use personal information to:

  • create and operate your account;
  • authenticate you and keep the account secure;
  • reset access when you request it;
  • provide, activate, and time-limit a licence;
  • bind a licence to one device;
  • create orders and record payment status when payment is enabled;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access;
  • respond to support requests;
  • meet legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Email

Transactional email for English-language accounts may be sent through Resend. Resend may process the recipient email address and the content of those transactional messages.

5. Payments

Stripe may process payment data when international card payment is enabled. That can include payment method details, transaction identifiers, and related anti-fraud information held by Stripe.

This policy does not describe Stripe as already available.

EndlessCut does not store full card data.

6. Where information is processed

Service providers and infrastructure used for the English-language site, email, hosting, and (when enabled) payments may process or store information outside Australia.

7. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, VK Pixel, or similar advertising trackers on the English-language site.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The English-language site currently uses only technologies needed to run the service, as described in the Cookie Policy. We do not currently use optional analytics or marketing cookies.

9. Retention

We keep account, licence, order, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up.

10. Sharing

We share personal information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, including email delivery, infrastructure, security, and, when enabled, payment processing. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or our legal rights.

11. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by writing to Viktoriya.Lisitsa@outlook.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, or where they are needed to provide a paid licence or prevent fraud.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the Australian Privacy Act and under other applicable privacy laws. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update this policy. The version date at the top of this page is the current edition.
