This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the English-language EndlessCut website and related account services for EndlessCut, UpQueue, and the EndlessCut + UpQueue Bundle.

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service at `/en/legal/terms` and the Cookie Policy at `/en/legal/cookies`.

1. Whose information this covers

1.1. This policy applies to the EndlessCut website account system used for EndlessCut, UpQueue, and the Bundle when purchased or managed through the English-language website.

1.2. It applies to people who visit https://endlesscut.net, create or use an English-language account, buy or renew access when international payment is enabled, activate or manage a licence, or contact us for support.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use the website and account services, we may process:

  • email address;
  • account and authentication information, including account identifiers and session data;
  • password hashes and password-reset / security data;
  • licence and access data, including one or more independent licence codes on your account, each with its own status, expiry, and device binding;
  • orders, payment status, and transaction identifiers;
  • a device identifier used for licence activation, stored in a transformed / hashed form;
  • IP address and other technical request information needed to operate and secure the website;
  • support communications;
  • anti-fraud and security data, including signals used to detect abuse or unauthorised access.

We do not collect full payment card numbers for storage in EndlessCut systems. If card payment is enabled, card data is entered with the payment provider.

3. Why we use this information

We use personal information to:

  • create and operate your account;
  • authenticate you and keep the account secure;
  • reset access when you request it;
  • create, provide, activate, renew, and time-limit licences;
  • bind a licence to one device;
  • manage multiple independent licence codes on one account;
  • create orders and record payment status when payment is enabled;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access;
  • respond to support requests;
  • meet legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Email

Transactional email for English-language accounts may be sent through Resend. Resend may process the recipient email address and the content of those transactional messages for delivery and related service purposes.

5. Payments

5.1. Stripe may process payment data when international card payment is enabled. That can include payment method details, transaction identifiers, and related anti-fraud information held by Stripe.

5.2. This policy does not describe Stripe as already available unless it is offered at checkout.

5.3. EndlessCut does not store full payment card numbers.

6. Where information is processed

Service providers and infrastructure used for the English-language site, email, hosting, security, and, when enabled, payments may process or store information outside Australia.

Where applicable privacy law requires particular safeguards for overseas disclosure or processing, we will take the steps required by that law.

7. Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, VK Pixel, or similar advertising trackers on the English-language site.

We do not sell personal information for advertising purposes.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The English-language site currently uses only technologies needed to operate the service, as described in the Cookie Policy at `/en/legal/cookies`. We do not currently use optional analytics or marketing cookies.

9. Retention

We keep account, licence, order, payment-status, and security records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, administer licences, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related follow-up.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods where required by law or reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

10. Sharing

10.1. We may share personal information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, including hosting, email delivery, infrastructure, security, and, when enabled, payment processing.

10.2. We do not sell personal information.

10.3. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, lawful government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

11. Your choices and privacy rights

11.1. You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you by writing to Viktoriya.Lisitsa@outlook.com. You may also request deletion where applicable.

11.2. We may need to retain some records where required by law, needed to administer an active or historical paid licence or transaction, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse.

11.3. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us and to the relevant processing, you have the rights and protections provided by that law.

11.4. Depending on the law that applies to you and to the relevant processing, you may also have additional privacy rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when our products, service providers, legal obligations, or data practices change. The version date at the top of this page identifies the current edition.

Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.
