1. What you buy
1.1. Paid access to EndlessCut is a 30-day licence to use the current Windows desktop application.
1.2. Each paid licence is for one-device access.
1.3. Creating an account does not by itself create a paid order or charge.
2. Price
2.1. The current published price is US$59.90 / 30 days.
2.2. The amount payable is the price shown at checkout immediately before you authorise payment.
3. How payment is taken
3.1. The payment provider may be Stripe when international card payment is enabled.
3.2. This policy does not describe Stripe as already available.
3.3. EndlessCut does not store full card data.
3.4. There is no recurring charge unless a later checkout flow explicitly discloses a recurring amount and you authorise it. The current published offer is a fixed 30-day period.
4. When access starts
4.1. After a successful payment is confirmed, access is provided through your EndlessCut account and activation code.
4.2. The paid period begins when that access is issued in the EndlessCut system, unless a different start time is clearly stated at purchase.
5. Cancellation
5.1. You may stop using EndlessCut at any time. Closing the application or deleting local files does not, by itself, cancel an authorised payment.
5.2. If you do not want a later period of access, do not purchase or authorise another 30-day period.
5.3. Because there is no automatic renewal unless later disclosed and authorised, there is no subscription to "cancel" for the current published offer.
6. Refunds
6.1. A change-of-mind refund is not automatically promised.
6.2. This policy does not impose a blanket ban on refunds after activation.
6.3. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6.4. If the Software or access you paid for fails to meet a consumer guarantee or other mandatory right, remedies may include a fix, replacement access, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
6.5. Refund requests should be sent to Viktoriya.Lisitsa@outlook.com and should include the account email and any order or transaction identifier you have.
7. Chargebacks and abuse
7.1. If you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact us and your payment provider promptly.
7.2. We may refuse or limit future access where we reasonably believe an account is being used for fraud or abuse.
8. Changes
8.1. Future prices and payment methods may change. A change does not affect an already paid period.
8.2. The version date at the top of this page is the current edition.
